Empowerment means having skills, knowledge, attitude, and opportunity to personally succeed. The personal empowerment game uses situations/statements with associated actions in six soft-skill categories: leadership, customer service, stress management, communication/problem-solving, conflict management and teamwork. Each category comes with eighteen situation/action cards.

To build personal empowerment through knowledge, reflection, and analysis of skills as they relate to the six categories. You win by affirming your knowledge and skills, learning something new about yourself (and others) and growing!
