An inspirational, agile, and influential Human Resource and leadership professional, with over twenty-seven years of experience leading and working with complex, matrixed, cross-functional shared service, and corporate function teams.  

My passion is to help organizations unleash the power of people to achieve sustainable results by understanding the long-term strategy, identifying systemic issues, and executing a roadmap for sustainable change.

I take pride in cultivating trusting relationships, actively listening to understand needs, communicating clearly and transparently about operational roadblocks and opportunities, and bringing a solutions-mindset.

Outside of work, I find fulfillment in various pursuits, including gardening, a pet menagerie, quality time with my family, reading, and exploring new hobbies. One such endeavor is the creation of Embrace-Inspire-Live, a website designed to inspire others to live their best life!
